Position Description

The Hive & Hub is a new early learning center opening in Renton on September 14, 2026, serving children ages 6 weeks to 4 years. Our operating hours will be 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, and we are building a dedicated team of passionate early childhood professionals who want to help shape a center from the ground up.

We are currently hiring for foundational leadership roles, including a Center Director and three Lead Teachers for our Infant, Waddler, and Toddler classrooms. This is an exciting opportunity to join at the ground level and directly influence classroom culture, curriculum implementation, and the overall learning environment.

We utilize the Teaching Strategies curriculum and are committed to providing high-quality early childhood education through structured learning, play-based development, and nurturing care.
