Position Description

Northwest Behavioral Associates' (NBA), the region's oldest ABA service provider, is currently hiring part and full time Program Managers.  

Program Managers must meet the criteria for Washington state's Licensed Behavior Analyst or Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst credential.  NBA provides free direct and indirect supervision for young LABAs working toward their BCBA sertificaton. 

NBA will facilitate licensure for BCBAs re-locating to the state and will assist credentialing maintenance. NBA Program Managers should have experience directly applying the science of behavior analysis with children, youth, and young adults with disabilities, including direct intervention and individualized program development. It is important that applicants have experience training and supervising Behavior Technicians and working collaboratively with related service providers, school personnel, and the families of the learners with whom they work.
